Adding you own Calendar to the ILG Sports Platform is quick and simple. And it’s a great way of getting your current Calendar easily available to you wherever you go.
Import your Calendar
- Select the My Profile Tab at the top of the ILG Sports web portal menu.
- Next, select Calendar on the sub menu.
- Then, select the blue Options button on the Top-Right.
- This will give you a dropdown list with Options for the Calendar, select Import at the bottom of the list.
- The Import From .ICS File section will appear. Make sure to have this file already downloaded from your existing Calendar service.
- First, select the blue Upload button on the Top-Right and then select your .ICS calendar file to Import.
- Next, select what Event Type you would like your Imported Calendar to go into. To learn more about Calendar Event Types click HERE.
- Then set the Alert Users Before Event, this will tell the system when to send a prior notice Notification for your events. If you do not wish this to be sent, leave blank.
- As default the Notify Users When Event Starts box will be ticked. This tells the system that all Calendar events will send a Notification to the Participants at the start of the event. If you do not wish to be Notified, please untick this box.
- Lastly, select the Coaches, Players or Groups you wish to be included on your Calendar. If someone isn’t select as a Participants, they will not be able to see any of the events on the Calendar. Once you are happy with the Participants select hit the blue Confirm button at the Bottom-Right.
