Sometimes you need to keep the most important information for your team visible and readily available. With Pin Post on Team Feed this is possible. Once you have pinned the post it will stay at the top for however long you require. It will also automatically save this post and any attachments to the app for offline use.
Pin a Team Feed Post from the Web Portal
- First, you will need to post something onto Team Feed, to learn how to do this please following this guide.
- Find your post on Team Feed and select the grey cog on the top-right of your post.
- You will then be given a few options, select the Pin option you require (Pin for day, Pin for a week or Pin forever).
- Once selected the Pin duration the Post will be Pinned to the top of Team Feed. After the selected time the Pin will disappear from the top of Team Feed and go back to when it was originally posted.
- If you wish to edit the Pin post, open the Pinned Post you wish to edit.
- Then select the grey cog on the top-right.
- Then select the new pin value you require (Pin for day, Pin for a week, Pin forever or Unpin Post).

- Find your post on Team Feed and select the grey Edit cog on the bottom-right of your post.
- You will then be given a few options, select the Pin option you require (Pin for day, Pin for week or Pin forever).
- Once selected the Pin duration the Post will be Pinned to the top of Team Feed. After the selected time the Pin will disappear from the top of Team Feed and go back to when it was originally posted.
- If you wish to edit the Pin post, open the Pinned Post you wish to edit.
- Then select the grey Edit cog on the bottom-right of your post.
