- Select the Team Hub tab at the top of the ILG Sports web portal menu.
- Then Select ILG Hub.
- Next select the Bucket on the left-hand side where the file you wish to share sits.
- If the File is in a subsequent Folder, then select the Folder in the Bucket.
- Once in the Bucket/Folder, find the file you wish to share, then press the 2 line button on the far right.
- This will bring up a Share A Directory window, first type your message.
- Then select the Participants on who you wish to send the file to, this can be select as individuals or Groups.
- Finally, click the green Confirm button at the bottom-right and the File/s will be shared to the Participants you selected before.
